The "button" parameter is designed to change the default value of the HTML button, but that doesn't affect the image variant.

As such, it is correct that when using an image to trigger the form submission, only the "alt" attribute will be set by the button parameter. Any text that you would want on the image should be provided by the image.

Lest you think that it's (yet) a bug (again) , I do want to point out that the syntax for input type='image' simply ignores a value attribute.

the i4w_minilogin shortcode says that the button parameter can be used to change the label on the image.

"The default label for the login push buttion is 'Login'. Using this parameter, the default label may be overriden.Default: 'Login'. Required: no."

But it doesn't work. The parameter causes a "Alt" value to be set, rather than the "Value" value. So no text appears on the button.
