Is anybody experiencing this error this morning? When we went to the site, all the infusionwp functionality is gone like the previous posts on March 4.

When it rains, it pours.
I wasn't able to see any of this earlier because a big tree fell and took out a utility pole with it. Gone were electricity, internet, phone and cable TV. We're running on a generator right now and internet just came back.
As far as the plugin shutting down, it seems that there was either a DNS outage OR the Media Temple Cloud went out. I don't know yet which it was, as I'm just getting back online.
I check and keep you abreast.
Best, Bob

I just noticed this as well. The plug-in completely disappeared from admin menu, from page edit screen, and from operation.
I noticed that it was still installed. I tried deactivating it and reactivating it, to no avail.
There is a simple solution to the security problems this raises: SWITCH the content field and the excerpt field. The content area should contain the "excerpt" material, which is therefore what will be displayed by default if the plugin should ever fail. Otherwise, when the plugin succeeds in verifying the tag on the viewer, then it instead can show him the actual content, which is stored in what is right now the excerpt field.
If we have a menu option to switch those two fields, we instantly have much better security in case the plugin fails. I don't want anyone downloading my ebook unless they paid for it.
